We strive to ship all orders the same business day they are received. The cut-off time for shipments is 3PM EST (GMT -5). Orders processed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends will not guarantee that they will ship until the following business day assuming enough stock is available at the time of order processing. If an item is not in stock, you should be notified of the product's status within fourty-eight hours.

Shipping is by the carrier of the customer's choice or UPS. A Customer may arrange pickup for an item by the carrier of their choice.

We shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business, goodwill, data, interruption of business, damages related to this agreement.

The price for each and every item on our online store has been carefully decided to make sure that you get the best deal in town. We also offer huge discounts on almost all the listed items for both guest users and registered customers. Of course, to get a better discounted price you must be a registered customer. E) Tracking your Order
There are a couple of ways to look up your order. First, if you know your order number and type of transaction (i.e. orders, quotations or returns), you'll enter the order number and click on the "Submit" button. Second, if you want to view multiple orders, or can't remember the order number, enter the purchase order number or select the display type from the drop-down list and choose the desired dates. All of the orders you've placed with us since March 2008 (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the number of the order you want to check, and the order details will be displayed along with any tracking numbers for the shipments that have been sent. To track the shipment, you must go to the web site of the shipping carrier. If the tracking number provided is highlighted, click on it, and it will take you to the appropriate tracking website.

F) Is Registering Required?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

What we collect

QuickLink Wireless collects only individually identifiable information absolutely necessary for the transaction or our internal records.

We collect the domain names and email addresses of visitors to our web page, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on what pages customers access or visit, and any information customers volunteer.

Our site uses an order form for customer purchases. Financial information, such as a credit card number, is used for order processing only. Through this form, we also collect contact information. This is used to send the orders, our newsletter and information to our customers. The customer's contact information may also be used when there are questions regarding an order. Users may decline future mailings.
